There are several reasons to contact the psychological counselling service.

The PSB-counselling service staff offers guidance for students and university personnel in order to overcome problems in a currently difficult situation. Together we will try to look for possible causes of your personal or university-related difficulties and develop approaches in order to overcome them.
Moreover, we will try to improve assurance so that you can cope with future changes more easily.
In case of problems with university we may suggest ways on how to organise your work, how to learn efficiently and how to cope with exam stress.
Our course offers include strategies for systematic exam preparation and stress management.
We offer different types of guidance tailored to students? individual needs.

The PSB-counselling service guidance is bound to professional discretion and free of charge.
