Das Niedersächsische Ministerium für Wissenschaft und Kultur (MWK) hat in seinem Nachtragshaushalt 30 Millionen Euro für die fünf Studentenwerke Niedersachsens bereitgestellt.
Davon erhielt das Studentenwerk Göttingen etwa 4,8 Millionen und möchte damit eure finanzielle Belastung, bedingt durch Inflation und Energiekrise, abfedern.
Daher greifen seit Januar 2023 niedersachsenweit unterstützende Maßnahmen in den Studentenwerken, in Göttingen konkret diese:
- es gibt ein Niedersachsenmenü zum Festpreis von 2,50 €
- es erfolgt keine Erhöhung der Essenspreise in den Einrichtungen der CampusGastronomie
- alle Einrichtungen der CampusGastronomie bleiben geöffnet, es schließen keine Standorte
- 2023 erfolgt keine Betriebskostenerhöhung in den Wohnheimen
- 75.000 Euro fließen als Zuschüsse in den Sozialdienst
- 2023 wird das Angebot unserer Psychosozialen Beratung erweitert

The Lower Saxony Ministry for Science and Culture (MWK) has provided 30 million euros in its supplementary budget for the five student unions in Lower Saxony.
The Studentenwerk Göttingen received about 4.8 million out of 30 million and wants to cushion your financial burden from inflation and the energy crisis.
Therefore, from January 2023, supporting measures had an effect in the student unions throughout Lower Saxony, specifically these in Göttingen:
- there will be a menu - called Niedersachsenmenü - at a fixed price of 2.50 €
- there will be no increase in meal prices at CampusGastronomie facilities
- we can maintain all open CampusGastronomie facilities and don´t have to close any locations
- in 2023, there will be no increase in operating costs in the dormitories
- there will be 75,000 euros for financial aid of the social service
- 2023 the offer of the Psychosocial Counseling will increase
