Our cafeterias

If the small hunger gets you in between regular meal times, you can get hot and cold drinks, different sandwiches, salads and other delicious snacks in our ten cafeterias.

In all cafeterias, we offer FAIRTRADE coffee consisting of 100% Arabica and FAIRTRADE cocoa.

Café Central

Café Central is the largest café in the Studentenwerk with its 250 indoor seats and 78 outdoor seats and serves as a special treat delicious hot dishes every day. We also have a large breakfast offer for you.

Café Campus

Café Campus has 40 seats and a terrace with 40 seats. In addition to a self-service offer, you will also receive coffee specialties of all kinds.

Café SUB

Spread over several floors of the rotunda, the cafeteria offers 170 seats directly at the window. You have a wonderful view of the campus.

Café am Turm

The cafeteria has 160 seats and a terrace with 70 seats. Housed in a historic washhouse, the decor captivates with its special atmosphere.

Café Cult

In the Cultural Science Centre (KWZ) we offer sandwiches, cakes, coffee and cold drinks.

Café Pyhsik (CaPhy)

The "CaPhy" has 90 seats and a terrace with 60 seats. The winter garden atmosphere invites you to linger.

The coffee bar ins grüne has 100 seats and a terrace with 100 seats. Here you can enjoy bread rolls, cakes, snacks and warm snacks.

Café Primatenzentrum (CaPri)

Our cafeteria in the Deutschen Primatenzentrum (German Primate Centre) offers over 50 seats and invites you to linger over warm snacks, sandwiches, cakes, coffee and cold drinks.

Café HAWK

Located in the north of the city, the café has 60 seats and a terrace with 30 seats. This cafeteria is particularly recommended for guests looking for peace and relaxation away from the university hustle and bustle.

Bistro HAWK

The Bistro on the Zietenterrassen offers 90 seats and 20 outdoor seats. The establishment is especially frequented during lunchtime when two delicious hot meals are available.
