Autogenic training is a relaxation technique that relieves symptoms such as difficulties in concentrating, excitement and sleep disturbances.
Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson reduces the tension in the muscles and nervous system, so that you experience a state of rest. In addition to the exercises, other options for stress prevention and dealing with current stress are taught.
This course is about getting to know the basics of time management and how to use them so that you can motivate and successfully master the upcoming tasks and requirements of the semester. Key words are: correct timing, meaningful breaks, dealing with the "inner bastard" and motivation as the engine for success.For undergraduate and graduate students.
This course provides participants with an opportunity to explore their motivation, goals, work and learning organisation, and how to better use their time. The contents range from the basics of focused work to time management tools to suggestions to try new learning techniques.

The aim of the course is a more relaxed handling of exam situations to study again with more pleasure and joy. The focus is mostly on your own attitude to anxiety and excitement. Stimulation and support are given through role-playing games, relaxation exercises and mental trainings.
