Our forms of counselling
To get counselling, you can talk to us quickly and unbureaucratically in the open counselling time or by appointment outside the open counselling time.We offer you the following forms of consultation:
- Initial contact
Together, we will clarify what the problem is and inform you about possible steps of coping. It is important for us to find a way that suits your individual situation.
- Individual session
As a rule, a series of 1 - 10 individual sessions, if necessary also couple sessions, take place after the first meeting. In many cases, having a single conversation or a few sessions can help you see your own path clearer, deal with a crisis, or develop solutions to upcoming problems so that you feel better. If it turns out during the counselling sessions that a longer psychotherapeutic treatment makes sense, we help you to find a psychotherapist.
- Group or couple counselling
We offer group or couple counselling, e.g., for conflicts in the partnership, shared apartment or in a dorm.
For work and examination difficulties, the counselling centre offers specific courses starting at the beginning of each semester. If you are interested, you can register online for a course.
- Coaching at the beginning of studies
